First of all, if you're not able/mentally uncapable/not in position to follow these simple rules, you should consider canceling your application.
I believe you haven't got to meet rules such as the ones 187 has set as their prior and highly respective. However, if a member or an applicant breaks one of these rules, he'll most likely be kicked (or forgiven by the leader). Either way, try not to do that.
